TERMS & CONDITIONS  

1. Entrants must be residents of the UK or Ireland and aged 18 years or over.

2. There will be one prize winner who will win one bottle of a well known brand champagne 75cl, not exceeding £30 in value. This will be sent by recorded delivery within 7 working days of the closing date of the prize draw.

3. Entries must be received on or before the closing date of 30th September, 2009 at 23:59. All entries shall become the property of refocus-now.com and their directors, officers and representatives are not responsible for contacting or forwarding prizes to entrants who provide unclear or incomplete information or for entries lost, misdirected, delayed or destroyed.

4. No purchase is required.

5. To enter complete the prize draw form above, enter your contact details as specified and then press submit.

6. The promoter is refocus-now.com and reserves the right to amend the prize to an alternative one of equal value.

7. No cash alternative will be offered.

8. A random prize draw will take place on 1st October 2009. The prize winner will be notified by post within 7 working days of the closing date of the prize draw.

9. By entering the prize draw the entrant consents to the use of their name and city of residence for publicity purposes in all media carried out by refocus-now.com, without payment or compensation.

10. Judges decision is final. The prize must be accepted as awarded.

11. The right is reserved to terminate or withdraw this contest at any time.
